In the financial department there are skilled staff who deal with clients requiring financial assistance while the operations manager and his staff cater for the day to day needs of the business with a footprint which extends throughout South Africa and into various neighboring states.
Dedicated staff are employed to run the office where a full time print and media operation is also maintained. Utilizing a team of highly trained copy agents, Vehicle Traders ensure that the imagery, technical data and pricing of all advertised vehicles remain current and correct.
The sales teams service a wide territory and are well known to all their clients. It is a policy of the company to build up and maintain a customer base consisting of happy and satisfied customers. All customer needs and queries are considered important and are dealt with in a professional manner where, “going the extra mile”, is considered a normal expectation by both management and staff.
Headed up by a team of three highly experienced manager/owners, the company, like any well planned structure, stands on a solid management foundation. Utilizing the services of a dedicated project manager, the management team ensure that a focused approach is maintained while steering the business towards its future goals.
