New Renault Fluence

The French carmaker Renault, known for manufacturing highly powerful engines, launched the Renault Fluence with a two engine option, that being a petrol and diesel option. The diesel variant is added with Manual Type transmission with 6 forward, 1Reverse gear, whereas the petrol variant of this beautiful sedan is added with Advanced CVT II transmission including 6 speed gear and Manual Mode, if required.

Interior Design

The interior of the Renault Fluence is as exquisite as the exterior having an array of designer features to entice any car lover. The front cabin of the car has a five seat arrangement with all the supporting comfort features and packed with premium fabric upholstery.  The car also encompasses driver lumbar support and a front arm rest with cup holder. The second seat row is quite roomy with just as enough head and legroom at the front as well as ample storage space at the dashboard.

There are head restraints for two passengers and flat backrest for the middle passenger. The front cabin incorporates a Soft Touch Dashboard fitted with extraordinary features including Electric variable type (EPS) - speed proportional power steering, high definition multimedia, AC and display board.

The electric powered steering wheel, with tilt and telescopic features, comes with mounted controls for easy multimedia handling besides other high-tech features. The audio system comprises of CD/MP3 player/Radio with 4 speakers, steering mounted audio controls, Bluetooth connectivity and central display.

Exterior Design

The Renault Fluence has a dynamic view with a pleasing shaped nose that consists of automatic headlamps. Together with front fog lamps a look of elegance is given off. The electric powered ORVMs and silver finish door handles match the body colour for uniform appearance. Side skirts are kept bold and beautiful for the sake of the Renault Fluence’s sporty image. The rear side view of the Renault Fluence is more aggressive than the front one with large tail light cluster and appealing boot gate.

The tail lamp cluster is split across the tail side and trunk gate; the lights slots are in leaf shape that looks amazing and with Turn Signal Lamp on outside rear view mirror and rear glass electric defrosting, riding this beautiful car is much safer. The rear side is adorned by a compact roof antenna just above the rear glass. The car has chrome tipped single exhaust pipe. Furthermore, the petrol variant of car is fitted with 2 Speed, Intermittent variable (Rain Sensing) front wipers.

Technical data overview

Renault Fluence's delivers an efficient, comfortable and enjoyable ride. The aim of Renault's engineers was to combine steering and handling precision with minimal noise and vibrations. Fluence's front suspension features MacPherson-type struts with rectangular lower arms as well as coil spring, stabilizer bar and double acting shock absorber. The rear incorporates a programmed-deflection flexible beam.

Renault Fluence is also very efficient in terms of suspension, brakes and the steering. The effective braking system comprises of large ventilated discs brakes providing both outstanding stopping power and durability. The electric power steering combines precise driver feedback with quick, accurate response to instructions from the wheel.

The Renault Fluence also comes with the best standard safety features which include airbags, ABS, EBD, ESP and Brake Assist and an anti-rust warranty of 5years/100000km. The car is added with side -chest level airbags (Front Seats) four airbags; two at the front cabin and two at the rear. Moreover, all the seats of the sedan are pre-installed with seatbelts and head restraints for advanced security and safety. Presence of Front fog lamps, disc brakes, central locking further enhances the safety of passengers and the car itself.
